Getting Started

Our gym will stand out from any other as you will be coached through various movements
every time you enter the gym, whether it is in the class, open gym or your induction. This
will ensure you are always performing to your highest capability and achieve results through
exercising safely, efficiently and effectively.

Not too sure about CrossFit…

The best advice we can give is simply coming down to the gym and see how we do things,
grab a brew and come and visit at the time of the open gym sessions or a class time and
observe how we do things at CrossFit northwest. However if the timing is inconvenient for
you, contact us and we’ll organise a time for you to come down for a chat.

Want to just give CrossFit a go…

Every Saturday there will be a taster WOD, where you can come down (may be with friends)
and have a go at some taster workouts and find out what CrossFit is all about, no matter
what you ability or fitness is, come down and give it go. You will need to book on to this
however so just contact us.

Ready for the ONRAMP…

ONRAMP will express and teach to you the 9 fundamental movements that are used and needed to progress in to all movements and exercises used in CrossFit. You will also get the chance to experience in a cheeky workout and maybe a sneaky peak in to other various exercises or movements.
